Our Family Apartment offers around 115 m² and two bedrooms – room for up to four guests. A living area, the kitchen and a private balcony make it a retreat for the whole family.
Two bedrooms are practical when you travel together and still want a door of your own to close. Cook for yourselves, sit together at the table and plan your day just as you like.

How many guests fit in the Family Apartment?
Up to four guests stay here in two bedrooms. We are happy to check other arrangements on request.
Where is Bartl in Rottach-Egern?
On Seestraße 45a, quietly behind Bachmair am See and next to the neighbouring park. The shore of Lake Tegernsee and Seestraße are just a few steps away.
When can I arrive and leave?
Your apartment is ready from 15:00; check-out is by 11:00. Earlier or later? Let us know – subject to availability, we’re happy to make it work.
Is there parking?
Yes, parking at the house is free for guests, and there are four charging points for electric cars.
Can I use the pool?
From May to the end of October our indoor pool is open daily from 8 am to 8 pm, free for guests. In winter you can add the spa at the neighbouring Hotel Adolphine.
How do I find out the price for my dates?
Send us your dates and the number of guests. We will reply personally with a suitable offer – non-binding.
