1. Controller
The controller for this website is Hotel Max Bachmair am See oHG, Seestraße 45a, 83700 Rottach-Egern, Germany. Email: info@bartl-tegernsee.de, phone: +49 170 1511119.
2. Providing the website
When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, time, requested address, browser information) for delivery, security and troubleshooting. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Hosting provider: [name, address, data processing agreement].
3. Enquiries
If you contact us via the enquiry on this website, by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process your details (name, email, optional phone, travel dates, guests and ages of children travelling with you, wishes and message) to answer your enquiry and prepare a stay (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You receive an email confirmation of receipt. Enquiries without a booking are automatically anonymised after 12 months, booked stays after the statutory retention periods.
We only send a message after your stay (e.g. a request for a review) if you expressly agree to this when enquiring (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
To prevent misuse, the form uses an invisible check field and a time check. For this purpose, your IP address is only stored in encrypted form and for no longer than one hour.
4. Cookies and browser storage
This website does not set cookies for visitors and does not use analytics or advertising services. In your browser’s session storage (sessionStorage) we only remember whether the intro has already been shown and the current state of your enquiry, so nothing gets lost. These entries disappear as soon as you close the tab.
5. Fonts, maps and links
Fonts and images are loaded from our own server; no external services such as Google Fonts or embedded maps are used. The map is a drawing based on OpenStreetMap data. Links to Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps, YouTube and tourism providers only open the respective services after you click; their privacy policies apply there.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent at any time. You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.
