Rottach-Egern lies on the southern shore of Lake Tegernsee. Lakeside paths, cafés, boutiques and boat hire are all within walking distance.

Where are the Bartl Apartments?
At Seestraße 45a in Rottach-Egern, quietly set behind the Bachmair am See and close to the adjoining park. The shore of Lake Tegernsee and Seestraße are just a few steps away. Getting here and parking: Contact & directions.
Which holiday apartments are there?
Six types of accommodation from 28 to 115 m²: from the Apartment Compact for two to the Family Apartment with two bedrooms for up to four guests – all with a balcony, the apartments with a kitchenette or kitchen.
Is there a pool?
Yes. From May to the end of October our indoor pool is open to guests free of charge. In winter you can add the spa at the neighbouring Hotel Adolphine.
Can I come by car?
Of course – parking at the house is free for guests, and there are four charging points for electric cars.
How do I book my holiday apartment at Lake Tegernsee?
