Where do the additional guests sleep?
On the sofa bed in the living area (160 × 200 cm). If you would like two separate bedrooms, the Family Apartment or the Comfort with two bedrooms is right for you.
Where is Bartl in Rottach-Egern?
On Seestraße 45a, quietly behind Bachmair am See and next to the neighbouring park. The shore of Lake Tegernsee and Seestraße are just a few steps away.
When can I arrive and leave?
Your apartment is ready from 15:00; check-out is by 11:00. Earlier or later? Let us know – subject to availability, we’re happy to make it work.
Is there parking?
Yes, parking at the house is free for guests, and there are four charging points for electric cars.
Can I use the pool?
From May to the end of October our indoor pool is open daily from 8 am to 8 pm, free for guests. In winter you can add the spa at the neighbouring Hotel Adolphine.
How do I find out the price for my dates?
Send us your dates and the number of guests. We will reply personally with a suitable offer – non-binding.
